Supplements are great thing – they help in many ways, save time, speed up regeneration, muscle building, fat loss etc. They also represent a danger of simply relying too much on them – real food is real food. There is no magical pill that will solve every person's problem. Unfortunately :).
There are many quality and not so quality companies with different products, that every athlete should know at least something about. Don't trust everything what marketing of supplement's companies says about any of their product. Read labels, read what is in any product and then choose what to buy.
