
Recipes are description of how some of us prepare food. Will you follow them word by word, incorporate some of your personal tweaks, or completely ignore them, it is totally up to you.
All recipes are for meals that give best combination of spent time, money, nutrient content, taste, smell – there are so many varieties and possibilities, that no one will have same opinion. Some recipes are more complicated than the others, but they all have one thing in common – less calories by reducing unnecessary carbs and if possible avoiding fat as much as possible, except good fats.
